🌿 What is Moss & Mystery Collectibles?
Moss & Mystery Collectibles is an online shop created for collectors, hobby lovers, and anyone who enjoys discovering something a little unexpected. We curate blind boxes, collectibles, 3D wooden puzzles, and other finds chosen to bring a little more wonder to everyday life.
✨ What kinds of products do you sell?
Our collection is always growing and may include:
- Blind boxes and mystery collectibles
- Figurines and display collectibles
- 3D wooden puzzles and book nooks
- Keychains, charms, and accessories
- Bookmarks and stationery
- Kawaii and character-inspired finds
- Limited, seasonal, and hard-to-find items

🎁 What is a blind box?
A blind box contains a mystery design from a particular collection or series. You won't know which character or design is inside until the box is opened.
Some collections may also include rare, secret, or chase designs with a lower chance of being found.
🔮 Can I choose which figure I receive from a blind box?
Unless a product is specifically listed as an opened or selectable design, individual blind boxes are sold sealed and the design inside cannot be chosen.
That's part of the mystery!
📦 What's the difference between a one find box and a full set?
A single box contains one mystery item from the collection.
A full set or case contains multiple boxes from the same series. The exact number and whether a complete set guarantees every standard design depends on the manufacturer, so always check the individual product description before purchasing.
Secret or chase designs are generally not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
🌙 Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source our branded collectibles and products through reputable wholesalers, distributors, and suppliers. We do not intentionally sell counterfeit merchandise.
🍄 Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Restocks depend on supplier and manufacturer availability. Some collections may return, while limited or discontinued releases may disappear into the woods for good.

📬 How long does it take for my order to ship?
Processing times will be listed in our current shipping policy and may vary during launches, holidays, preorders, or especially busy seasons.
Once your order begins its journey, you'll receive tracking information when available.
🌲 Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@moss-and-mystery.com
We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
🧚 Can I return or exchange an item?
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the type and condition of the product. Certain items, including opened blind boxes or products with broken manufacturer seals, may not be eligible for return.

📦 What if my order arrives damaged or something is wrong?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@moss-and-mystery.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We'll review what happened and help determine the best next step.
Please keep the original packaging until we've had a chance to review your request.
🪵 Are 3D wooden puzzles and book nooks already assembled?
Unless specifically stated in the product description, our 3D wooden puzzles, miniature kits, and book nooks are DIY kits intended to be assembled by the customer.
Difficulty, estimated build time, tools, batteries, glue, and other requirements vary by kit, so be sure to check the individual listing before beginning your next project.

For now, Moss & Mystery lives online.
But this is only the beginning of the story. Our hope is to one day grow Moss & Mystery into a brick-and-mortar space where collectors, hobby lovers, and curious wanderers can explore in person.
